So.
One day, 3 weeks ago, I was happily walking to my car. That day, I had some free hours. So, meh decided to go home and eat there, then come back for the rest of my classes...
But... quite unexpectedly...
"OHSHI-!!!"...
I fell.

Yep. I know. Nothing too exciting.
Anyway. I fell on my knees. No hands. It hurt. Quite a lot...
"Oh well..." I shrugged at my stupidity and, after a few minutes, started to walk slowly again...
I thought pain would pass. Maybe I would have a few bruises in my legs, and after some days it would be forgotten...
But... oh no.
The next day pain was killing me. I couldn't stand properly. I couln't sit properly. I hadn't even slept, because even the slightest movement or anything that involved my knees HURT. So, I went to the uni's clinic, so they could give me something for the pain and be done with it...
Ahhh, meh, the foolish one.
1. I went to the clinic. They sent me to the ER of the uni's hospital. (My Uni also runs the Hospital UPAEP here in Puebla). So. I called my parents (cuz I couldn't even drive) so they would take me there.
2. ER. Doc checks me. X-rays are taken. Aparently, I have blood inside my right joint capsule and my left patella isn't in its proper place. Doc doesn't like it. Doc sends me with the specialist. A knee surgeon.
3. Knee surgeon. He checks me. Everything hurts. He decides to do an Arthrocentesis, because of the blood colected on my right knee. T___________T. Hurt-like-HELL!. Nothing is obtained. He says it's probably because the blood is already coagulated. Doc doesn't like it. He sends me an MRI and, some therapy to see if that helps a bit while the results arrive.
4. Therapy. HURTS. Nuff said.
5. MRI results. Knee surgeon sees them. Checks my knees again. Says there hasn't been any progress. Says I have cartilage damage on both patellas, plus lateral deviation in the left one. Says I've got to go under surgery. Yep. Surgery.

And here I am. Feeling very Dr. House-ish because I am walking/limping with a stick to my classes. Not sleeping very well cuz pain won't stop no matter if I'm standing, sitting or laying down. And waiting for the date my surgery will be done.
...
Cheers. Hope you gaiz are OK.
